A 50% deposit along with a signed agreement containing details about the commissioned artwork and associated costs are required before any work can be initiated. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and/or delivery of the commissioned piece (depending on agreement). Commissioned pieces are typically delivered within 30-45 days.
To ensure our customer are comfortable and satisfied with their commissioned piece, we offer piece of mind by issuing a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of an order being placed.
